Ownership

Ooky and the Ooky logo are the product name, brand, and marks of CloudWeld LLC ("CloudWeld"). CloudWeld is the company; Ooky (ooky.ai) is its product. CloudWeld owns and controls all Ooky branding and is the sole authorized publisher of Ooky software.

Official distribution channels

The only official sources for Ooky software and integrations are:

  • The web app at app.ooky.ai
  • The marketing site at ooky.ai
  • The @ooky/sdk package on npm
  • The Ooky AI Visibility plugin on WordPress.org (see below)

Software distributed under the Ooky name through any other channel is not authorized by CloudWeld.

WordPress.org plugin

Publisher confirmation The official Ooky WordPress plugin is published and maintained by CloudWeld LLC.

The plugin listed on WordPress.org as "Ooky AI Visibility" (slug ooky-ai-visibility) is our official plugin. It is published by the WordPress.org contributor account cloudweld, which is operated by CloudWeld LLC.

Because the publishing account belongs to the trademark owner, the use of the "Ooky" name in the plugin's display name and slug is first-party and involves no third-party trademark. The plugin's Author is Ooky and its Author URI is https://ooky.ai.
